A Full Day Elemental Ceremonial Immersion
You are invited into a space of ritual, presence, and deep connection
We will move through ceremony together, including a cleansing and releasing creek ritual, breathwork, Kundalini kriyas, and mindful awareness practices that gently guide you back into your body and your energy.
Throughout the day you will be held in a living relationship with the elements of earth, air, fire, water, and ether, allowing each to support your process of clearing, remembering, and realignment.
You will receive intuitive guidance and mentorship, an oracle card reading, shamanic drum journeying, chakra clearing, and sound healing with crystal bowls, all woven together in a way that supports integration and openness
Surrounded by the natural beauty of Sedona, we will also work with the land itself, offering flowers to the shrines and allowing the energy of the earth to meet you where you are.
There will be space to slow down, to listen, and to simply be within the landscape
Please bring a journal, water, and light snacks to support you throughout the day
We will begin early and move gently into the evening together
