We will gather during the day - moving into the evening of the waxing crescent moon to tune in through breath and movement to recenter our personal power, and to connect to our primordial female wisdom.
​
We will deal with our feelings of sorrow, anger, disappointments etc. through releasing ritual to harmonize and bring balance through Elemental Connection and deep embodiment.
​
Each participant will choose one braided look…
1. Partial hair down, side brain and two corn row braids.
2. All of your hair braided w/ two corn rows and a loose middle braid
​
These chosen hairdos will be fully intentional and deliberate with statements of personal power weaved into your crown chakra and affirmed while being witnessed by other sistars!
​
Afterwards, you will be photographed on the Red Rocks.
​
Participants will also receive a freshly harvested Bamboo stick to keep
for personal practices learned during our time together.

SPECIAL GUEST ARTISTS:
Moon Dennise is a ​Master Stylist, Curly Hair Coach, Color Specialist, Event Stylist and Warrior/Goddess Braider. She works at the Beautymark Hair Studio, Salon Starrador in Cottonwood, Arizona.
​
She has spent the past 30 years honing her craft as a Mentor, Salon owner and National Platform Artist for Redken NYC.
​
She also Facilitates Sk8 4 Life events.
​
Moon will offering up braided hair for all the participants.
​
Claudette Renee Lyons is the creator of HEROIC - Habitants Engaging Rescue of Internal Conflict, a brand encompassing personal empowerment as well as a luxurious line of Spa products.
​
She assists clients with PTSD and serves the community by educating people about violence & the root causes of trauma. Having worked in emergency medicine for over a decade in a level 2 trauma center Claudette experienced death on a very regular basis.
​
Claudette is honored to service women's healing from violence & abusive relationships. She brings education to communities on topics such as Human slavery & homelessness. She participates on two local Board of Directors helping people who are vulnerable.
​
She will be offering a Guided Chi Gong and Bamboo stick movement to assist us in embodying a fierce presence.
