Sound Judgement is Essential

When did we start confusing discernment with being “judgmental”? And what has it cost us to silence our inner knowing?
Sound judgment is absolutely essential, especially in these times.
This is not about condemning others or placing yourself above anyone. It is about using your senses, your intuition, and your discernment to recognize what is aligned and what is not.
There has been a wave of teaching that says you should never judge anything, that everything must be accepted equally. But when this is misunderstood, it creates disconnection from truth.
Without sound judgment, people override their inner knowing. They ignore what they feel. They tolerate what should not be tolerated. They begin to justify what is clearly misaligned.
This is not compassion. This is self-abandonment.
It’s self betrayal. It’s self sabotage.
And we are seeing the consequences of this.
People who were once elevated as leaders, teachers, or voices of truth have fallen from grace. Not because discernment was wrong, but because it was not used. Because too many ignored what they sensed.
Sound judgment is not harsh.
It is not cruel. It is clarity.
It allows you to remain open-hearted while still having standards.
It allows you to love without losing yourself.
It allows you to see clearly without needing to shame.
Discernment is a form of self-respect.
It is a form of protection.
It is a form of truth.
You are allowed to trust what you feel.
You are allowed to recognize what is not right.
You are allowed to walk away.
Reclaim your discernment.
It is one of your greatest forms of power.
