This one-day Spring Equinox gathering is a ceremonial immersion weaving breathwork, kundalini yoga, mindful movement, meditation, sound healing, labyrinth walking, drumming, tea ritual, and nature communion held in the powerful landscapes of

Sedona and Oak Creek.

Together, we will clear stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, awaken vitality, and consciously plant intentions

for the season of growth ahead.
